NATIONAL RED RIBBON WEEK IN CCS – Oct. 27 – 31

National Red Ribbon Week (Oct. 27 – 31)

During National Red Ribbon Week, red ribbons are worn and displayed to present a unified and visible commitment toward the creation of a Drug-Free America. As part of the campaign, members of the Cumberland County Board of Education recently proclaimed Oct. 27 – 31 as Red Ribbon Week in the Cumberland County Schools (CCS).

The observance encourages all citizens to participate in drug prevention education activities as a visible statement that the school system is strongly committed to a drug-free community.
